College of Medicine Research Building

The 54,000-square-foot College of Medicine research building opened in March 2006 and completes the medical school complex on the FSU campus. The building houses 48 research labs and space for a lab animal facility, as well as several core labs that are available to the university at large.

Completion of the research building, on the left, brings the total square footage of the College of Medicine complex to nearly 300,000.

A number of research programs in biomedical sciences are available to undergraduate students.
